A very well organized trip. It rained for most of the day but we had a lovely time anyway. Our coach from Cresta Coaches was very clean and so comfortable . Our driver Jody Kirtley was the most kind and considerate man, even handing out a business card with his name and number in case we got lost. One couple actually did lose their way back and rang Jody who spoke to them calmly then waited patiently until they found the car park. Good Morning, I wanted to send a quick email about my recent trip with you to Blackpool. My driver for the trip Chris was absolutely outstanding and he really made my trip. He was extremely knowledgeable during the trip and at all the locations we visited. This was my first time visiting Blackpool, Liverpool and Skipton and Chris made sure I knew how to get around the whole week. He was extremely punctual and very smart! I was worried about traveling during this pandemic but the coach was kept immaculately clean during the week and that really reassured me that the safety measures were being followed. Talking amongst the other passengers they all felt the same about this! I will be requesting Chris to drive when I am booking a Leisuretime trip again!
Hi, just posted this, This weekend, we had another coach group staying at the lovely 4* Mercure Walton Hall & Spa Hotel. The coach company I used was Cresta Coaches from Bridgend. Good Afternoon, I recently travelled on your coach with Leisuretime on a trip to Torquay and I wanted to send an email to say how great your driver Chris was. From the moment I got on the coach to the moment I arrived back he was an absolute pleasure and the most interactive driver I've had on any trip. He went out of his way during every breakfast, evening meal, and entertainment show to go around the other travellers to make sure everyone was having a good time and if there was anything he could do to help, he would. The coach was kept spotless, and he was very well presented. The coach went through some poor weather on the way home and I felt very safe with Chris' driving, and I really hope to have him as a driver in the future.
Great journey recently from Cardiff to Somerset. Coach was perfect and very well presented. Frank the driver was a gem and nothing was a bother. Will definitely be using Cresta again!

“Dear Sir/Madam, Ysgol Dyffryn Aman recently returned from a very successful skiing trip to Austria (Sunday 21/04/19) A large and important component that helps ensure the smooth running and success of every skiing trip are the drivers. Over the many years I have been running skiing trips, I have experienced the very best and worse side of different coach drivers, which have helped make or break certain trips. I am getting in contact to compliment the four drivers that accompanied Ysgol Dyffryn Aman on our recent skiing trip to Austria. Grant, Keith, Phil and Ian were a credit to Cresta Coaches throughout the week and could not have done anymore to help. They were professional and ever willing to assist in any manner possible and were well liked by both staff and pupils. I have never met four drivers that looked after and cleaned their coaches as much through out the week, both inside & outside! I would love to have all four drivers accompany us on our next trip to Austria during Easter 2020, and have already asked whether Snowstyle can pre book them if available. Many thanks.

Ian Jones the driver was a real Gent, nothing was too much trouble, he made the day. He arrived early and picked us back on time, can not fault the service thank you very much. I would recommend you and use when ever the need arises also the lady in the office was most helpful and very professional thanks one again.
Please pass on our thanks to your driver Steve, who made our trip this weekend to the Christmas markets in Lille and Brugge a real pleasure. The journey was smooth and our driver Steve was friendly and so helpful. He was accommodative and sensitive to need for our young ladies. He went out of his way to help us. I went on holiday to Lake Garda between 6th and 14th October and it was your bus that took my daughter Tasha, Clare and I. Your drivers were Mark and Keith and I would simply like to say that they had been very helpful, both went above what was expected, and I really could not praise them enough. Both Mark and Keith have my utmost respect and I cannot thank them enough for making my holiday as joyful as it was. If I were to go on holiday again I would hope that it would be Mark or Keith who would be driving. You have my permission to post all or part of this email to your website.
I am writing to say a big thank you to our driver Steve for the huge contribution he made to the success of our recent school trip to Paris and Euro Disney. Steve was friendly, professional and had an excellent manner with staff and pupils throughout. His driving skills around the busy centre of Paris were outstanding, which is something that our French tour guide also commented on more than once. There is plenty more I could say but I hope it'll cover it to say it really was a pleasure to work with Steve and we will be requesting him specifically next time! Thank you so much Steve, you were fantastic.
“Went on the Devon trip on 23/2/18 via leisuretime and Cresta Coaches. First time for me an my sister to go on a coach trip and it won't be the last. We had a great time. The excursions were to beautiful places the only negative was we didn't have enough time in each place. As on the Sunday it was to Port Issac, Boscastle and Padstow. Beautiful places just needed more time to look around. On the Saturday was a trip to barnstable all day. Would have been better if it was split to 2 on each day as it was a bit rushed on the Sunday. Other than that we had a great time. And got to praise the driver Ian Jones (Scotty) what an amazing driver. He got that bus to places I wouldn't go in the car. Can't praise him enough. He was polite, chatty, funny and helpful.will definitely be booking with you again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We used Cresta Coaches again for our annual trip to the Malvern Autumn Show. We would like to thank our driver Chris for his good humour, his punctuality and his excellent driving skills, especially when the road closed diversions sent us down some very narrow lanes. Thanks too to Chris's "Co Driver" who was a bundle of fun and superb on the microphone when she was comparing our quiz and raffle. This was also the most luxurious and comfortable coach we have experienced!
