Amazing service
Amazing experience from start to finish. Booking was straightforward and staff were really helpful.
Bus was just what we needed for our trip ice skating and to see the Cardiff Devils, and the driver (Nick) was really helpful.

A company is built on good/professional people. And this is exactly what our drivers Mike and Nick were like. They were brilliant. Nick loved the views, and they both said they would be joining us next year to take on the challenge themselves (will be holding them to this). Seriously, though, great drivers and good people. Drivers Not Couriers
Giving drivers the microphone has, in my opinion, resulted in some drivers sharing their opinions and ‘jokes’ which are not always in good taste or funny. I ( and others) have witnessed over-familiarity between drivers and customers that is not welcome by all.

While we acknowledge your opinion regarding the use of onboard microphones, the majority of our clients appreciate the engagement and the information provided about daily events.

Well we are on our way back from a weeks stay at the miners hotel and we would like to give our praise to our driver Chris he’s been exceptionally brilliant all week, nothing has been to much trouble for him he’s even had to call the bingo š seven š¤£ thanks again Chris you have been fantastic and an asset to your company Xx

Good Travel Experience with Cresata.
Just returned from a holiday with your partner company Leisuretime to Newquay (22 -26 September), in which travel was provided by Cresta Coaches. On board coach facilities were outstanding. Clean, seats comfortable, well ventilated/heated. Our driver was well respected by passengers. He drove in a professional way, at a comfortable safe speed according to traffic conditions experienced. Look forward to travelling with you in the future

Bristol cycling trip
Hired a coach with cresta for a return journey back to wales after a cycling trip,highly reccomeded,the service from booking the bus to being dropped off to our destination was faultless,also the driver was brilliant

Isle of Wight Holiday
I would just like to say that on our recent trip to the Isle of Wight our driver, Phillip ( not myself) was absolutely amazing! Both myself and my wife and the entire coach loved his jokes and great humour and it was an absolute pleasure to be there with him. We stayed in the Burlington hotel and the hotel was lovely and the staff were also amazing !!! Thank you again.

Thorpe Park trip 2025
We were very impressed with the coach service we received on our trip to Thorpe Park. Our drivers were polite, entertaining and accommodating. We experienced several delays on our return journey, due to heavy traffic but the drivers were prepared to find alternative routes to reduce the time spent travelling. We had a safe, enjoyable day. I cannot recommend Cresta Coaches enough. Well done lads!
