We will whisk you to the incredible Blenheim Palace, birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill and a UNESCO World Heritage Site nestled in the heart of Oxfordshire. Here you will be free to explore both the palace and its opulent interiors, as well as the extensive, manicured gardens, lovingly designed by the famous 18th century landscape gardener “Capability” Brown.
Our overnight hotel on the outskirts of High Wycombe offers a comfortable stay with dinner included.
Then after a hearty breakfast, to top off the weekend we head to spectacular Highclere Castle. Set amidst 1,000 acres of spectacular parkland, also designed by “Capability” Brown, join us as we explore the home of the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon on a self-guided tour. Admire the stunning State Rooms and ‘downstairs’ where the lives of the Crawley Family and their servants played out to millions of enthralled viewers. Step into rooms from ‘Downton Abbey’ scenes as well as discovering the beautiful castle gardens and woodlands.
